The sistuation is becoming a nightmare

before I went on maternity I realized that my slary would not sustain me and my expenses and could not keep track of my debit orders. I then reached out for help from NDC. 2months went by and the third month I started receiving calls from my creditors regarding broken arranges and unpaid ones. looked at my statement and realized that NDC is actually taking more money for them instead of my creditors. this was not the initial agreement we had. I keep call them but im just not getting help bt sherilee calls everymonth to confirm debit date and I address my issues that never get resolve. this is soo frustrating. I need feedback as soon as possible or I will find another company to help me
