Below is my email to NDC's Director and his PA. Dear Avishana/ Kevin

Kindly listen to this call between Bongi and myself. I told her that she can debit my account with R150.00 per month. I worked in a call centre before and we were trained in such a way that we do not argue with clients. She is very rude and I am definitely going to put this call on Hello Peter. I called again and spoke to a lady who said she is the manager (but in my heart i knew she is not the manager she is a friend covering up for Bongi)LISTEN TO THE 2ND RECORDING. .she even gave me her email address ********** I called the third time and was advised that Kevin is the owner and that I should send the recordings to Avishana. Please keep Bongi on a leash!!!!!!!! I wanted to give my banking details through so you can debit R150.00 but ill rather pay it on the 26th AND I CAN ONLY AFFORD R150.00 UNTIL THE ACCOUNT IS SETTLED. (I DONT OWE MUCH --R 1200)

My response back to her Thank you so much for response. I did not say that I am not paying the account nor did I come up with an excuse not to pay , I only told Bongi I cannot afford R200 , I will pay R150.00 (I even wanted to provide her with my banking details). There is nothing to investigate as you can hear in the recordings. I will be taking the matter further with the National credit act and council for debt collectors as it looks as if you wont do anything about it. You know I don’t disrespect a client why should she disrespect me?

and ever since I have not received an apology !!!!!!!!Pathetic people
