I am still awaiting my CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION

I was in desperate help with my credit life. I then requested for NDC to assist and only to turn out I took the worst decision in my life, after they received my sms they would called everyday and all the time I ask them to but. I am now drowning in debt because they never explained everything and their services as they are instead they were paying my creditors lesser and I would still be receiving statements and calls from my creditors and when I ask Patricia Zikhali the manager I was in contact with she will give me excuses I didn't even understand.

I can't turn no where now I have wasted R10000.00 and still my debts are pilling up. I sent Patricia an email on the 20th Oct 2017 to cancel my review and she tried to convince me and I explained to her that I am leaving my job because my financial life is ****ing me and she said she will call me back, I waited for her call , I call the consultant that was assisting me from the first place and now they say his in available and when I ask to speak to Patricia they say she is busy and they will ask her to call me back and I will wait but still no answer.

All I want is proof of cancellation because my creditors says they can't make any agreement with me because my account is still under review.

Please help.
