Debt insured and they not paying the creditors after my retrenchment

What a terrible position they have put me in. DON’t use them. I want to go to Carte Blanche. I lost my job, got a new one at half the salary so turned to Hyphen PDA for debt review. Took it out with insurance in case of any unpredictable life circumstances. Lo and behold I was retrenched end Feb with last day end March. Today is 12 June and the insurance has not paid my creditors and I am now being harassed by my creditors for their money.
