Admit to your own ********* practice

Whislt we understnad that people fall short in certain commitments in life. My understanding is that these people are around to assist in making payments bearable. In addition to that we are to take the calls during employment time. Employment time that is reserved for employment so that we are able to earn money so that we can make payment.

My complaint against NDC is that the consultant had advised that there is a minimum charge of R220 for the account that they hold. I suggested R60 a week which equals to R240 per month. She refused to accept this, saying that I must pay R100 per week. Is that not a contradiction?

Today itself I received a call again asking when I am going to make payment. I do not want to deal with a company who contradicts and dictates to me how to budget my money. Today they call me ********* and they instruct me to make payment before further legal actions are taken. I only want that you accept that your conduct was incorrect. I never I would not make payment. Just own up to your faults, the way your industry makes defaulters own up to theirs.
