No reply when we send e-mails to them

Ive been e-mailing them to inquire about the phones they selling online, but they don't reply to all my e-mails. Its a bad service because for an online shop they need to respond to all the queries ASAP, for us to be able to believe if the service is ligit we need to have feedback when we send queries . can someone get back to me ASAP. my contact number is ********** 622
