NDBD did not receive my order

I ordered an iPhone online at NDBD and delivery was suppose to take 6-8 days free delivery. It's now the 10th day an I have still not received my phone. I have emailed NDBD daily and they keep telling me they are waiting for a tracking nr to be generated! I am so disappointed ad this was suppose to be a gift for my daughter's birthday. I spent R3 500 on this iphone which I did not receive but they were quick to take my money! I asked to be refunded and I am still waiting for a response. I just hope I can at least get my money back.
