Putrid service

I had the most unprofessional experience with a lady by the name of Hilda. She was *********** and didn't know how to carry out her job from the start of the rental process.

She didn't walk me through the process at all, unless I asked questions. She never gave feedback on issues raised. When it came time to exit the property. She never pitched up for the exit inspection nor did the communicate.

She told me everything was okay with refunding my deposit and when the time came. She backed out and stopped communicating. She was absolutely unprofessional and full of empty promises. I'd say someone needs to teach her how to do her job
