Ndaka property poor service

I rented a place via this property group in Midrand I'm September. The agent who was helping me was Norah Ramaila. I have recieved nothing but poor service from her. It's now October and the defects in the unit are not fixed and she is not responding my messages. She never gets back to me with inquiries I make. I called the office today and the receptionist was so rude. They allocated another agent to assist me. Let's see how that goes.
