Biggest Bunch of **********

The biggest bunch of **********!!! Upon moving in there were so many problems with the property we were renting ... it hasn't been painted it was dirty and the grass outside was dead ... we have proof of all this.

Now upon moving out the agent named nengwani i believe calls us the day of his decided exit inspection and expects us to drive from pretoria to midrand during a work day like we don't work,To come attend this exit inspection. we then inform him when we will be available on the weekend as we will be dropping the key that day and he made no plans to meet us half way.

Now we are being charged a ridiculous amount for pre-existing damages on a property and told that he already paid the balance to the owner!

This is day light *******.

Making us pay for 2x 20L paints to repaint a house that was never even painted in the first place ... and 40L is enough to paint that house inside and out.. telling us to replace broken blinds worth R2100 that we showed them was broken upon moving in.

I am more then willing to pay for things that i actually damaged ...

But replacing things that was broken to start with on my dime!! I wouldn't recommend this company at all in actual fact i hope they liquidate so they can't rob people anymore!
