Grossly *********** and horrible service from Ndabe Dignified Funerals

I found an advert of the above funeral parlour on facebook. I initiated conversation with the intention to sign up for a policy but the responses I got confused me. My understanding is that when you advertise a business or services; the primary goal is to make sales, so I thought it was business. I work as a business facilitator, so imagine my shock at the kind of frank uninterested responses I got from Mnqobi. I am wondering if Ndabe dignified funerals know what dignity is and why would they want to be associated by such a charecter on social media. This is bad service, bad charecter, poor communication skills, business illiteracy at its best maybe thas why ndabe has been overtaken by the likes of cebolethu in the funeral business because ndabe is old in the game but has not grown in all these years. If this is the attitude then they might just close shop or recruit people who understand where the source of their livelihood lies, the value of a potential customer. Iam dissapointed and saddened by this attitude to say the least.
