I Need My Refund

The company sent me a whatsapp text that i owe them, so i did the payment arrangements with them and they debited. however i did gather all information to the company that i don't owe LABORATORY any money. They did a mistake by double debiting Bankmed twice for blood test hence they didn't pay.

I managed to submit all proof from bankmed at a lady called Dina and she spoke to her manager that they will refund me my R399 till today they haven't and now no one is answering my text.

I was told to do a reversal and i told them i cant get the money because they service provider did a debit check that means the bank can't help me. I've being trying to explain and send all proof still nothing no one is saying anything to me.

The last text i was told they canceled the other debit order and the debit check was removed and that i saw from my bank Notification. Now im asking for my REFUND R399.
