I need my refund

I’ve got a WhatsApp from this company saying I owe money at TARGET LABORATORIES(BLOOD TEST)

Kindly note Discovery Medical aid confirmed they received the claim for the full amount of R798.18 in which they did not paid. The balance of R798.18 still remains member’s liability

Your account has been long overdue, and has escalated to our collections department whereby you are liable for interest, costs(10% collection commission applies to the Debt Collectors Act 114 of 1998) which leaves the balance at R1198.78 and legal fees that has occurred.

I was frustrated but coz I wanted to clear my name we made the payment arrangement with Dina their consultant and they debited.

Bankmed called me told them I’m not happy with their service they were also shocked all to find out they double debited Bankmed and by saying so I don’t owe them anything but I need my refund for R399 it hard to get it I tried to reverse it the bank can’t coz these a debit check only services provider can do that.

I told them still they failing to pay me again, can I have my money
