We have gotten ******** under the guise of service and bad quality products!

It started off as a good experience with getting advice and having chats with Dineo/Neo who's the owner and prides himself at putting customers first with good products and after service hence the pricing. However, this only lasts until he installs and gets payment. He also does not leave you with any warranties so when things don't work like they are currently after a few short months, you have little recourse but to wait for him to come back to you, if ever. He will speak about how busy he is and cannot get back to you, all the while things have stopped working and you are not getting what you paid for. Like I am reading on different platforms recently, he seems to be mistreating people with poor products and not wanting to make contact or converse like with us on trying to solve the issues. Don't let him lie to you, stay away and get someone better. It's a terribly sad experience to pay a supposedly reputed engineering firm your hard earned money and not have anything work. Very unhappy, depressed and dissatisfied customer. They have taken our money and left us with nothing working.
