Terrible Quality & Sevice

After doing an initial search and getting some good feedback from Dineo the owner, we proceeded with getting solar for our home. This was a such a huge waste of money when it was supposed to be an investment and to see our electricity usage be better. We started having problems and then some contact with Dineo but after this absolute silence. This is less than a few months in. Such a frustrating and absolutely disappointing engagement with this engineering firm. They are quick and great when they are to get business and they will focus and give you great friendly conversation and support, all times but once there's issues, they will direct you to their operating hours, tell you they are just so busy that they couldn't respond, all the while chasing and lying to their next customer. Their quality and service is totally not up to scratch. Never use them and learn from the expensive lessons of those that have been ****med. We are still out of pocket and have our solar not in working condition, with only having it installed four months ago. Don't trust these guys.
