Poor After sale service on Solar system

Very bad after service experience with Neo and his crew. Their equipment has no 3 months which breaks up soon after installation. He avoids after sale calls to sort out techclnical problems. He install a solar system with a battery that broke after 3 months and he said the guarantee is 3 months. He offered to come and collect the battery so that he can take it for reconditioning at my costs. He probably uses reconditioned batteries hence 3 months guarantee
