Bitterly Disappointing Solar Installation & Service Experience

We used ND Mega Engineering on recommendation from people in our estate. Paid over 150K based on engagement and advice from Dineo Julius Ndlovu. Great sales advice and engagement prior to decision and during installation but we have had endless issues since our first week and while they have come through to check on queries every now and then. They have not fixed sorted out the shortcoming which should not been the case for any solar Installation. Quality of products a major concern and once they completed what they deem is installation. Getting them to come back and address the issues is exhausting. Extremely disappointed with the return on investment and looking at other avenues to deal with this. Have also found other customers on Facebook complaining about after care and service. Be cautious before even thinking of using ND Mega Engineering!
