No response from Ncube Inc

My municipal account at City of Tshwane account ***)is in arrears because of many reasons but the main reason is that I received no accounts during the Covid period. I received various messages (SMS and email) over time to pay from several persons at Ncube Inc (*** , *** , ***, *** , Chantell van Kramberg (***) and I always responded but never received any feedback on my proposal.
