Our experience with NCSP Solar Energy has been extremely disappointing, particularly when it comes to after-sales service and communication. We had a 12kW Deye solar system installed, including three 5.12kWh batteries and 16 × 550W solar panels. We also have a separate solar system for our flat. Unfortunately, we have experienced ongoing problems with the inverter. It has now been sent away for repairs four times. We have also had issues with high municipal voltage, which reached approximately 260V, creating additional concerns about the safety and protection of our solar equipment and household appliances. After the inverter's fourth return, we were hoping the problem had finally been resolved. Unfortunately, it is now giving us an E23 error. We contacted Deye regarding the error, and we were advised that it indicates a leakage fault between the solar/PV side and the grid. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that NCSP Solar Energy is now not responding to our WhatsApp messages and is not answering our calls. We have repeatedly tried to contact them, but we are not receiving any response or meaningful assistance. This is completely unacceptable after spending a substantial amount of money on a solar installation. We understand that electronic equipment can fail and that some problems can be caused by the municipal electricity supply. What we expect from the installer is proper troubleshooting, communication and after-sales support. Instead, we have had an inverter that has gone in for repairs four times, ongoing technical problems, and now a new E23 fault — while the company we bought the system from is not answering our calls or WhatsApp messages. We are still paying for the solar system while also having to purchase electricity when the system is not operating properly. This has resulted in a significant financial burden and enormous frustration. A solar installation is a major investment. The service should not end once the installation has been paid for. Customers need to know that the installer will be there when something goes wrong. At this point, based on our experience, we cannot recommend NCSP Solar Energy. The lack of communication and after-sales support has been extremely disappointing. We hope NCSP will eventually contact us, take ownership of the outstanding issues and provide a proper solution rather than leaving us without support.

I paid over R159,000 for a solar installation, and what I got was a dangerously defective, ******* setup. They left the entire system ungrounded for over a month, which caused a DC fuse to catch fire. If it hadn’t burned itself out, my entire house could have burned down. They also falsely advertise their package capabilities—the solar array capacity they sold me does not match what the system can actually do. Their technical incompetence is staggering. Thank goodness I have a prepaid meter—if I had a post-paid setup, I wouldn’t have caught this until a catastrophic bill arrived. When I pointed out errors, they responded with attitude, blaming me for making them return. The installer eventually admitted he simply didn't know what he was doing anymore. To make matters worse, they **** about their professional association membership credentials, and the independent CoC electrician they sent didn't even check the work—and worse, used ***ually disrespectful language toward me under the guise of a "joke." These people only want your money and do not care if your house burns down. Stay far away from this company, their installers, and their CoC electricians.

Worst experience from being two hours late for installation till getting someone else to fix a problem they caused while installing. Owner just said it is my problem. Won't recommend them at all and all of a sudden all facebook posts disappeared After giving times when I was home the installers came a hour late and expected me to still be home. The owner kept saying there was recordings of me not allowing the guy back however I phoned immediately after they left and they were on there way to Mafikeng already. Saying that maybe Sunday is an option but confirming Monday morning will be perfectly fine.

Very Great service, they installed a 40Kva Deye system for me In 2023 and I paid full amount after installation unlike other companies who want deposit. Also installed a 10kva system at my farm in Feb 2026, I Highly Recommend NCSP Solar as a Professional Solar System Installers
