Poor customer service

I have been trying to call NCS & Normbisset and associates to request a paid up letter for my tracker account and I keep getting cut off and they can't even phone me back this is really frustrating because my account is paid up and no one is helping me with a simple paid up letter to send to my email address the worst frustrating thing is this when you don't pay your account they call you everyday to ask why wasn't the account paid so this is poor customer service. The same with Cobol and dunami my accounts is paid and same story they can't even provide me with two simple piad up letter I'm really upset and frustrated.
