NCCRS

The NCRS (Nedbank Collections) have been sending me threatening sms's for the past two years, mostly stating that my possessions will be attached by a sheriff's department or that my credit rating will be effected. They claim I owe an amount of R500.00 from 16 years ago (which was in fact settled after numerous communications to Nedbank)????? How on earth can a banking institution not know their elbow from their a***???? I phoned them twice today to ask them to stop sending the threatening sms's (Very nicely, by the way) and both ladies put the phone down on me????????????? Now at the end of my tether!!!!!
