Debt review company that says I signed with them. Can I get them to remove my profile on their list and clear it with itc

Some debt council company has put my name as one client who is under debt review and I dont remember approving anything like that, now I am blocked from applying for any loans I tried to contact NcR to check fr me but they didnt assist me.
