Refund from RCS Management center

I was on debt review since November 2019 and in 2020 i was contacted by NCR Management center in January offering to take me out of debt review if i pay R5150 and the said the 150 is the admin fee which will be a once off payment and R5000 will be for legal fee and they will deduct the money end of February 2020. After i have made arrangement with them i got a job that could afford me to pay off my debts and i when back to the to cancel the deal with them and they told me that they have already stared the work in order to release me i must pay for the work they have started and i asked them what work because as far as i am concerned nothing was done my debt review status was still there. they said i must pay for the phone call made with my previous debt review counselor which they said i must pay them R550 and i did pay them so that i can be off the hooke with them.

To my surprise in August when i was looking at my bank statement there is a debt order that goes off every month of R150 from NCR Management Center. I went to enquire to them and wanted a refund as i cancelled the deal with them in February but they carried on deducting from my account and i requested a refund of R1 050 to be deposited into my bank account where they were taking the money from and instructed them again to stop deducting from my account.

To my surprise only R150 was deposited on the same day i was there. I contacted them with no avail and i decided to write them an email which was never answered by them it was just ignored.

I request Hellopeter to assist me to get my R900 that they don't want to pay.
