R150 ****mers

This company has been deducting R150 every month from my account with a reference number called Adams. I just called them now to ask where they got my details from and what the money is for, a very rude lady boldly told me that Unfortunately they can't refund me they will send me a cancellation letter for their services, when i asked what services have they rendered to me she just told me "just send ur whatsapp number and forget about the refund" Please stay away from these ****mers!!!I want all my money back!!!!
