Still Waiting

Settlement Letter & update my name with credit bureau Good day

There’s been an account that has been opened with my name on it. I mentioned this to NCR and nobody responded... To cut the long story short, I eventually paid this account because I have things to do & cannot afford to have my name dragged into this mess. I’ve been asking NCRto send me a settlement letter as well to update my name with credit bureau.

I’ve called over & over & over again but till today nobody has sent me that letter.

Could I please get my letter.
