I want my refund

I made a business deal with Mr Mngadi, to supply me with blocks n sand, he a did quote & I was happy with the quotation!! Deal was finalized and I paid him a deposit of R33000-00. Via my bank I have proof of payment. It was beginning of April 2020, when I made the payment.

From that day of payment till today I haven’t received the stock nor my money, the said Mr Mngadi has blocked me.

Please assist me in this matter
