NCH SOFTWARE/VIDEO PAD - Worst Software Company - ********

The worst video editing software company I have ever come across. They called NCH Software and they also fall under Video Pad. Not sure if they a **** company or what but they billed me for software that I couldn’t use. I reached out to them and they sent me back and forth until my refund time expired and told me after I can’t get a refund because my trial time is up. They literally kept telling me to re-install the software and nothing has ever helped. I get a response from a deliverer person all the time, never the same person. They have no customer service. They just a money making **** company. Then they tell me I downloaded the wrong thing when it’s all their links and stuff that was given to me. Bunch of ********. They don’t even deserve 1 star. If you want a good software company for video editing I suggest Wondershare Filmora and Adobe Premiere Pro. Best ever
