Poor service

I am writing this with so much disappointment with how my dad’s funeral was handled by Ncedisizwe funeral home in Adelaide home. He had a policy with them and I topped up thinking that I would get a dignified send off for my dad instead I was very disappointed with the service. A lot was not explained to me. On the day of the funeral I had to phone the lady asking for the he**** as it was already 7:30 of which I was told the body will arrive at my house at 7:00. People were standing outside. I wanted to continue for my mother’s sake but after this I don’t wish to continue and I don’t wish to work with Ncedisizwe funeral home again.
