Veld fire

I'm absolutely devastated with the service I received from the National Claims Assessor Group. My enclosed lapa burned down due to a veld fire when I was away visiting my children on 12 August 2023. I arrived back at home on the eve of 13 August 2023 to find my property distroyed. Besides the entire lapa including all content burned to ashes my main house also sustained damage. I have comprehensive building insurance for all structures on my property and all structures was already in place when I bought the property in 2013. Now NCAG says in their report my structures does not comply with standards. When they came to assess there was nothing but ashes. Now I strongly dispute their report as why would the bank have granted me a home loan to purchase the property if it did not comply with standards. I also made sure yearly that my lapa was safe and all precautions was taken to maintain the building. I will fight this bogus report and take further steps to receive a favourable out-come for all involved. I lost far to much in this incident to accept your bogus findings
