Network Claim assessors sent an assessor to my home in Kwa-Zulu Natal they where appointed from Dotsure, please people do not take insurance with dotsure because this assessment company is working with the insurance company to reject claims, the assessor came to my house and told us he is not qualified to go on the roof to see the damages so he based his findings of my roof on Google satellite images this is ridiculous, please people dotsure is bad and the NCAG is sending *****ulent information about the claim so it is rejected they not sending live images how unprofessional
