RUDE!!!!!!! PEOPLE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING

<p>People there do not know how to deal with clients correctly!!!! even putting down the phone on me when i am trying to explain what had happened and then laughing at me when i say i refuse to pay legal costs for something i was never informed about!!!!! and then admit to keeping me on the phone so they can charge me for the call!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE BE AWARE</p>
