WAITING ON MONEY FOR ALMOST 5 YEARS TO PAY OUT

My case number CT397/11264/09 Almost 5 years case is going on and up until today they still cant resolve the problem. Agreements everything was signed already but now they don't get the files with the agreements how clever. The sheriff was sent out to the Employer outcome was The company is untraceable but when one of the agents from the Bargaining council went then the respone was that a Ben Van Rooy company not willing to pay and they refuse to sign anyting. Something definitely wrong . This company also have a history of bribing people to get scott free from anything and I wont be surprised if this is currently happening The files was for the 5 years available but now all of a sudden the files with the agreements now gone but I do have all the copies if you require it. I was at the offices on fri 24/04 The response I get was My hande afgekap da is niks wat ons kan doen ni . I would like to know are the Bargaining council there to assist people.
