waiting for pension since 2014

I resigned last year and I still have not received my pension money's and all the emails that I'm sending to Yogeshnee Pillay at Salts comes back by saying that the claim is in processing.. how is it possible that a claim can take 7 month's and up to be processed and why can't they give me an reasonable answer as to how long am I going to wait and what is taking so long I have already waited month's now. I need to know when will I get my money please help!
