Unprofessional service

<p>For the past few days i've been calling into the call centre and for every call made i've been transfered and whenever that happens they drop the call without even bothering to call you back. Everytime i ask about the same query every agent changes there story and says they don't handle that type of query whereas the previous agent just helped me......? you can't even speak to somebody who can assist you because you're getting cut off each time</p> <p> </p> <p>i have been patient and everytime i call in the same thing happens it's annoying to be honest and the call centre agents are rude. i doubt i'll be helped because i can't even talk to an experienced person on the floor because each call is being cut off somebody please help this is unacceptable.</p>
