Under paid case at nbc against orion ils logistics

Hello i need your help i have open a case of under payd at the nbc even now i have not been called or the is no sms that is sent to me to attend my case thy told me that the case is at arbitration but stil we are not getting a date case number GAU432/16185/17 please help me because these case is taking for ever and the last time they told me tht orion ils logistics fax was not working it was last month we were supposed to attend on the 16 of April your help will be highly appreciated thanks
