They are useless medical aid I've been trying to get authorisation for consultation the doctor since from 7 am until now I never get proper help they waisting my time I'm paying this medical each and every month but they are useless I have to pay cash the doctor's bill but I have medical aid , I'm really unhappy this is unacceptable

We apologised for the inconvenient service experience, please kindly advise if you are visiting Doctors that are part of the provider network approved by Affinity?

Also let us know whether this has been resolved or you are still experiencing the same problem, and we will escalate the matter accordingly.
