THE SO-CALLED MISTAKES OF THE NBCRFLI

<p>During February 2013 I filed a complaint with the Nbcrfli against Sonderend Vervoer. I was granted the award. Ever since this period until to date I have had numerous excuses from the Nbcrfli regarding my award. This matter was handed over to the Sheriff of Roodepoort to attached goods from said company. The excuse I recieved from the Nbcrfli was that the owner of Sonderend said he was not the person stipulated on the court order. I verified the info and the docs was due to be returned to the Sheriff. After a few months I was informed by the Nbcrfli that the drivers vehicle was broken and the docs could not be delivered. Later I was informed the vehicle was repaired and they now have a financial problem and could not pay the required deposit requested from the sheriff. Finally the deposit was paid and yet again the information on the court order was in orrect. Finally the info was corrected in April 2016 and until today the documents was not delivered to the sheriff. I have complained to a Mr Buthelezi and was promissed by Lerato Nduku that she would keep me I formed of the process. I am still waiting.</p>
