We are uncertain which savings you are refering to because our records indicate that your brother's pro rata was paid on 06 January 2025 and his balance currently sits at R0.00, which consists of his sick, leave, and holiday bonus. Those are the only contributions that the NBCRFLI adminsters and pays out to Industry members.
Should be referring to the provident, kindly not the NBCRFLI does adminster the provident fund and you encourage to inform your brother that he needs to contact his employer for any provident fund related matters.
