PROFIDENT FUND NOT PAID

we have claimed for provident fund ever since 2019 and also visited the company, sent emails and called but we are not getting any Joy in all of that. how to you expect a pensioner who was deducted money every month for more than 20 years to survive while he was supposed to enjoy his benefits after working for so many year. is this how you treat your customers *****ing their money every month while you know that they are not going to get anything back. i have submitted the required documents countless times but i am being sent from pillar to post. what must one do in order to claim the money they have worked hard for so many year. i need an answer as in yesterday. Please note that this is for my father and i am following up on his behalf as this matter is also affecting his health as we speak.
