Poor Service!!!

It's been a whole year since my claim hasn't been paid out, you guys rather said my claim was paid? Paid out to who? Paid out where?😂 When I ask for proof of payment then there's no reply? I expect reply today still I'm tired of being taken for a stupid I must bladdy send mails everyday all of ****en day it's not fair.
