Pathetic

I feel that they are a sorry excuse of a fund. You email them for assistance and have to wait days for response. I have emailed a lady with the name of Irene Mabizela and stated the urgency of the matter at hand. I have been calling her and emailing her, but with no Joy. She does not respond to my emails nothing. Best part yet, when I called in twice this morning to speak to a Supervisor/Manager, I was told No one is available. How do they operate.

I wanted proof of payment, but I cant get any feedback. This is someone's life hood, but they just don't care.
