Nato Beko has been promising for weeks to expedite my partners paperwork so he can get his pension. Now he puts the phone down in my ear everytime I call, or doesn't pick up. No point phoning the landline, they don't bother to answer. This company operates like any government owned business - just doesn't work. We are coming to see you in person, and aren't leaving without the paperwork. Disgusting.
