NBCRFLI gone MIA when trying to claim

After many attempts between the Master of High Court and myself, I have been sent from pillar to post trying to claim from the National Bargaining Council for Road Freight and Logistics Industry in Mkhondeni, Pietermaritzburg re my late husband's estate. Numerous emails have been sent and there hasn't been any response, I have gone there personally but was sent away and calls to the company have been a futile exercise for over a year now.
