I opened a case of Non Compliance against my previous employer MASA at National Bargaining Council in Braamfontein on the first of July 2020 around October I emailed them just to figure out how far have they gone with investigations they responded instantly saying the investigation are still in progress when I contacted them in November they're not responding to my emails anymore I would like to get assistance on this issue NBC has failed me dismally thank you.
