Since the end of February I have been given the runaround with regards to my pension paperwork. Ntobeko, the agent, does not call back, or presses the phone dead. Head office sends my emails to departmental heads, who do nothing. I have now had to hire a lawyer to sort out their incompetence. It seems they are keeping the money as long as possible. They are going to end up paying the interest on it. Hanli Strydom was my last hope - and her forwarding emails and doing nothing else just goes to show how far the rot has set in.
