Death claim

These people are utter ****** and they are very rude.. I have submitted a death claim from my father who passed away and there phone numbers are always not working and the dont reply on emails nothing..they might aswell close ther doors and close business down.. Not even a sms or email to say they are bussy with the process nothing.. Useless place this
