being underpaid

<p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Nbcrfli is not helping I have opened a case against my company 3 months back I have been told that they are doing investigation,I went there to ask what's happening last month with my colleague we were told the case will b referred to the arbitrator even to date we are still waiting,and the guy by the name of thobani contacted me to.tell.me that I am not a dispatch clerk but he has never been to.the site but he is telling me.I am not a dispatch clerk and he is also saying the contract that the company gave me was wrong from the beginning,..it shows that he is taking the companies side each and every case taken to him we as the employees we are always wrong,please assist</p> <p>Ezekiel charane</p>
