BARGAINING COUNCIL *****ING SURVIVING SPOUSES BENIFITS

My Father Died 19/03/2021. He was a member of NBCRFLI(SALT). My mother is the nominated benificiary of his Death and all other Bargaining Council Benifits. So as per them we had to get a letter from the master of the high court to confirm the above wich we did 2 weeks after my father passed away. They are still processing the claim as they are verifying documents still. ONE YEAR AND TWO MONTHS. Im complaining as my mother have to sell her assets in order to survive and i have to help where i can wich i dont mind at all while these guys dont give a damn. I Even setup a business for her wich only need finances to operate more profitable. They dont respond to emails and they diliberatly stetching the process out. At first theyve informed me that its taking maximum a year. So when the year period passed i asked them again what now and their response were we dont have a time window on claims as to say youll just wait indefinitly. All above facts on mail should any help requires this. I must just add that the Employer was KMT Transport(Imperial Logistics) Even help from their side was nowhere to be found.
