Awaiting Provident fund since 30/11/2013

My son has been struggling with National bargaining council for the road Freight and Logistics Industry since 2013 when he resigned to get his provident fund ( Funds were supposed to paid on the 30/11/2013 already. Authority was given to myself to continue following up with the National bargaining council for the road Freight and Logistics Industry as he was unable to continue due to unforeseen circumstances . I have been struggling since February / March 2014 on his be halve to get this funds paid out . Every time when i go to the offices in Bloemfontein they say the funds will be made available within the next 1-2 weeks if not i must return to their offices . I've been returning to their office numerous times with the same explanation ( The funds will be made available , if not i must return ) and its becoming a frustration .<br> My sons details is as follow<br> Jerome Clemount Adolph<br> Id number ***<br> Member /Computer number - ***<br> Employer Code 11699
