2 years walking after these people only to get poor service

I am disgusted by the poor service and ****** experience by this company. It's been 2 years and I have not received my money if I don't contact them or go to their office I would not know what's happening. When I get there I have to wait for hours before I get assistance. I am fed up now I want this case to be resolved and never want any dealing with this company again.
